This is a copy cat recipe for Easy Jim and Nick’s Cheese Biscuits that are served at Jim and Nick’s Restaurants. They are easy to make and taste delicious.

These cheese biscuits are so easy that your kids could make them.  All you need are five ingredients, a bowl, a pan, and a spoon.

My kids love the biscuits at Jim & Nick’s Restaurant, and they wanted me to find the recipe so we could have them at home.  A recipe from Plain Chicken was the first and only one I have tried. It calls for buttermilk, but I use skim milk because I am always out of buttermilk when I want to make these. They are still delicious, and they taste exactly like the ones in the restaurant.

Printable Recipe

1 1/2 cup bisquick mix
3/4 cup buttermilk (I use skim milk)
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir.. Pour into muffin pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 12 to 14 minutes.  I used the mini muffin pans.  Makes 2 dozen mini biscuits.
