I am so excited to be included in the Festival of Trees blog hop where I am sharing my Santa Theme Christmas Tree. A group of bloggers has come together to share how they love to decorate their trees for Christmas.
This blog hop has been organized by my friend Susie from The Chelsea Project.
Being drawn to bright red and white Christmas decor and I really love Santa Claus decor. I know many people are decorating with neutrals and soft whites. It looks so beautiful but I want Christmas colors in my home. Bright red and white really put me in the Christmas spirit.
I did a thing this year. For the first time, I made myself not purchase anything until I looked at all my packed away Christmas decor. Thank the Lord that I didn’t buy anything because there was so much Christmas decor that I had forgotten about.
The prelit flocked Christmas tree is from King of Christmas and I am so pleased with it. This is my second year to use it. Most of my Santa ornaments have been on my tree for several years. Some are from after Christmas clearance sales and a few are from the dollar store.
The knitted Christmas trees are a project that I knitted last year. These trees can be made super quick and they are easy for beginners. There is a post for the pattern for Knitted Christmas Trees.
The Christmas picks at the top of the tree are from Hobby Lobby.
A Santa print on the fireplace mantel looks beautiful next to my Santa theme Christmas tree. I made the stockings with an old bedspread and fabric glue. The best part is that I made all of the stockings in less than 20 minutes. There is a tutorial and post for the No-Sew Chenille Stockings.

This flocked tree gets me every time I see it. Love the thick flocking with the red and white. Sheer perfection. And the mantel!! What an added treat. That Santa painting slays….I mean sleighs. LOL…I know. #needmorecoffee .But this said, I just had to pin you on my tree AND mantel boards. Thanks so much for joining us on the tour. Having you and your tree AND your mantel makes the event so special. Susie from Chelsea Project

This tree is totally gorgeous Sherry! I love all the pops of red and white you have mixed in with the flocked tree. It’s a dream. All the ornaments you’ve collected and made over the years are fun too. It’s always exciting to go back up in the attic and rediscover ornaments each year. Everything you’ve created in this space is just beautiful! Hugs, CoCo

Sherry – to say that we love your festive tree, would be an understatement. The bright red Santa’s, ribbon and ornaments are quintessentially Christmas! Your Santa artwork on the mantel is gorgeous as well. Cheers – Vicki and Jenn

Sherry,
What a super fun tree! So many Santas, and they look extra special with that striped red and white ribbon. I bet everyone gets a big smile on their face when they see that tree.

Oh, I love your Christmas tree! Give me all the red and white for Christmas. And that Santa a top the chimney is perfection!

What a fun and fabulous tree! I LUV it! And pairing that portrait of Santa over the fireplace with your tree is icing on the cake. I’m tired of seeing neutral and simple……give me some good ol’ fashion Christmas colors! I live with white and soft blue decor year round, but at Christmas with the shortest days of the year, I NEED COLOR!

I love all of the Santa’s on your tree, and we used the same ribbon and color theme this year! So fun, I am partial to red at Christmas too!

Finally, I made it to your home and your fun tree! Like you, I shopped my attic this year and found everything I needed…and then some!
Your tree is just pure ‘jolly’, which is fitting given that it is your Santa tree. You know I love those knitted trees …but then I saw those stockings!!! Another brilliance! But I’m not surprised. You are so wonderfully creative.
Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas
Hugs,
Lynn

Your Santa tree is so colorful and festive. I love it! The neutral look is pretty, but I love color at Christmas. Your tree makes me smile every time I see it. And I’m in love with that Santa artwork.
