When I ask my kids what they want for dinner, there are three things that they always yell out.  These pork chops are one of them, and it is grilling season, so I thought I would share.  It is so basic that I am a little hesitant to post it, but it is a favorite of theirs, and it is very good!

Mix 1 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce in a mixing bowl.  I separate the sauce in two small bowls after it is mixed because my kids love to dip the pork chops in the sauce.  You want to make sure you do not use the sauce that you are brushing on the uncooked meat to dip with.Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper. Spray the grates with cooking spray, so the meat does not stick.  Grill the chops about 6-7 minutes per side depending on the thickness.  You want them cooked all the way through.  The last few minutes on the grill, start brushing the sauce on.  The kids will love them!

In the winter, I bake these in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
