For example, I came across this photo from one of my favorite people to follow on Instagram, Restored Haven. She is a great account to follow for home decor. This is exactly what I want in my room. I believe she scored these at Goodwill.

Score for $6.99 apiece. Tip: When I get rid of old lamps, I save the hardware in case I ever need it. If you don’t have lamp holder hardware, you can purchase them for around $5.
Look for lampshades at thrift stores to save even more money.
Spray paint the lamps with a Matte Black Spray Paint.
The lamps in my inspiration photos are a matte or flat paint sheen. Neutral colors in a flat sheen are very popular in home decor items right now.
In my opinion, the lamp looks as beautiful as the expensive one in my inspiration photo.
