A few years ago, my neighbor brought me a box of homemade candy, and it was so good!  It is like chocolate covered peanut clusters, but the chocolate on this candy was incredible.

The texture of the chocolate was so smooth.  I called her for the recipe, and I could not believe how easy this was to make. I also could not believe that I did not know about this candy!

You just throw it all in a crock pot, and in an hour and a half, you have a wonderful homemade candy and lots of it!  This recipe make a huge amount which I love, because it is a great candy to give away for Christmas.

It makes a good gift for Sunday School teachers, bus drivers, or anyone that you want to give a little something to just to let them know that you appreciate them!

Crock Pot Candy

14 ounces of unsalted dry roasted peanuts
14 ounce of salted dry roasted peanuts
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 ounces of German chocolate bar
32 ounces of white almond bark
This recipe makes 150 pieces

Put peanuts in the bottom of a crock pot.

Pour remaining ingredients on top.

Cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Place rounded spoonfuls on wax or parchment paper. After 1 1/2 hours, it will look like it is not ready, but when you remove the lid and stir the candy, it will come together. You do not have to work fast with this candy. It takes a while to get firm.
